A Shift Pattern Designed for Work–Life Balance

The Role

As part of our Engineering Team—one of our most valued assets—you will help maintain a safe, efficient, and continuously improving production environment. You will play a key role in equipment maintenance, breakdown response, and driving technical excellence across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute and demonstrate a safety-first mindset.
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis.
Provide electrical expertise and technical support.
Maintain clear written and verbal reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities.

About You

You will bring:

A relevant and recognised Engineering qualification (multi-skilled would be an advantage)
A demonstrable commitment to safety and compliance
A proactive, self‑motivated approach and a drive for improvement
Desire to learn, in conjunction with accredited training opportunities.
Effective communication skills and PC literacy
The ability to problem‑solve and support cross‑functional teams
Knowledge of pneumatics end electrical fault finding.
Fabrication experience (advantageous but not essential).
Knowledge of PLCs (advantageous but not essential)
