Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Do you have experience in transport, but want new challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge?

Here at GXO Logistics, a leading name in supply chain solutions, we are currently looking for the full-time, permanent Transport Administrator to become a part of our growing team in Avonmouth for our customer, UK supermarket chain and one of the largest food retailers, Co-op.

You will be working on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off with the hours of 06:00 – 18:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

Dispatch routes in line with schedules, adjusting this accordingly when required
Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
Ensure that all drivers are debriefed in conjunction with the debrief system

Tachograph control and road transport directive management

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong MS Office knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Tachograph and WTD knowledge is beneficial
