Overview

MarketMad is a fast-growing social media marketing agency specialising in creating high-performing content for businesses across the hospitality industry. We work with restaurants, cafés, wedding venues and other hospitality brands, helping them grow their online presence through creative, engaging content on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented FX3 Videographer to join our team and play a key role in producing industry-leading content for our clients.

Job Details

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Location: Role requires travel to shoot locations
Equipment: Provided where required

The Role

The role will primarily involve filming and editing short-form social media content for TikTok and Instagram, working with a range of hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Film high-quality social media content using a Sony FX3

· Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram

· Edit content using Adobe

· Work closely with the team to deliver content that aligns with each client’s brand and marketing goals

· Attend client shoots at restaurants, cafés, wedding venues and other hospitality businesses

· Travel to client locations and our office in Luton when required

· Organise footage and deliver projects within agreed deadlines

Requirements

· Must be highly competent and confident using a Sony FX3

· Strong editing skills using Adobe

· Experience using Adobe After Effects is preferred

· Strong understanding of what performs well on TikTok and Instagram

· Must be willing to travel for client shoots and attend the Luton office when required

· Must provide examples of social media content previously created within the hospitality sector

· A strong portfolio featuring food and restaurant content is highly desirable

· Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for storytelling

· Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team

Working Arrangements

This is a flexible role, offering a mixture of:

· Client shoot days

· Office-based work in Luton

· Some work from home

The position will initially be offered at 20 hours per week, with the expectation of transitioning to a full-time role very quickly as the agency continues to grow. Applicants who are not interested in moving into a full-time position should not apply
