Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. Your energy and organizational skills will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain organized records through accurate data entry, filing, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
Support accounting processes by assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events to optimize team productivity.
Oversee supply inventory levels and place orders to ensure the office is well-stocked at all times.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, typing reports, and maintaining office equipment.

Experience

Proven experience in an office environment demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and QuickBooks.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately with a keen eye for detail.
Prior clerical experience involving filing systems, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable typing quickly and accurately while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
