Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Therapist to join our tranquil wellness centre. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional spa treatments, ensuring clients experience relaxation and rejuvenation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a serene environment, providing personalised care that enhances client satisfaction and promotes overall wellbeing. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for performing a variety of treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and specialised therapies with precision and care.
Apply makeup as requested by clients, ensuring a professional and artistic approach.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored treatment recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment following health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure their comfort throughout treatments.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
Assist in maintaining the organisation of the spa area, including stock management and equipment upkeep.
Promote additional services or products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role within a wellness or beauty environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
Competence in makeup application is desirable but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of treatment quality and hygiene.
Ability to work flexibly within scheduled shifts, including weekends if required.
