Location: RNLI Restaurant, Poole, BH15 1HZ

Pay: £12.71/hour

Hours: 30 Hour Contract, Monday to Sunday

We’re looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team at RNLI to help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

To work within the kitchen team of at the RNLI
To carry out all daily cleaning in accordance with company and unit specifications
To work in all areas as requested; this includes both front of house and back of house
To work on a rota basis with the other members of the Kitchen Porter team
To collect and store deliveries, filling out all appropriate paperwork, including Temperature Record Sheets and Delivery Records
To store all deliveries in a correct manner, to rotate stock and check deliveries for quality
To move stock and light equipment within the building for front of house
To bring any issues regarding deliveries to the attention of the Head Chef or Sous Chef at the time the delivery has arrived

What we’re looking for:

Flexible & organised approach to the role
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
NVQ 1 and 2
