Bookkeeper / Administrator

Join our growing team!

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and experienced Bookkeeper / Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role combining bookkeeping, accounts and general administration, with the opportunity to play an important part in the smooth running of the business.

What you’ll be doing

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Processing invoices, payments and expenses
Assisting with payroll and accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with customers, suppliers and our external accountant
Supporting general office administration

What we’re looking for

Previous bookkeeping/accounts experience
Good knowledge of Xero
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
A positive, proactive approach

This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their bookkeeping expertise while supporting administrative functions within a friendly and lively work environment.

Working hours can be discussed.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
