Full job description

We’re looking for a reliable HGV Concrete Mixer Driver to deliver ready‑mix concrete from Cairnrobin Quarry to local sites. This is a steady, hands‑on role suited to someone who likes routine work, good kit, and a straightforward team.

Duties

Drive and operate an HGV concrete mixer safely
Load, transport and discharge concrete to customer sites
Complete delivery paperwork and follow site instructions
Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Keep the mixer clean and in good working order
Represent the company professionally with customers
Support yard/quarry staff when required (light duties only)

Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 licence
Valid Driver CPC
Experience driving mixers preferred, but training can be given
Good awareness of safety and customer sites
Reliable, steady and able to work independently
Able to commute to Cairnrobin Quarry daily
