Join Our Growing Team

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Trainee Locksmith & Property Maintenance Assistant.

No previous experience is required. Full on-the-job training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn practical skills and build a long-term career.

Location & Travel

Your working day will normally begin in Thornton-Cleveleys, where you'll meet the team before travelling to customer sites across the North West. As our work is carried out at a variety of domestic and commercial properties, you'll travel to different locations each day, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.

The Role

You'll work alongside experienced team members, learning a variety of skills while assisting with:

Lock openings, lock replacements and lock repairs.
Home and commercial security upgrades.
House clearances.
General property maintenance and repairs.
Garden maintenance, including tidying and general upkeep.
Preparing properties for new tenants or sale.
Loading, unloading and transporting tools, materials and equipment.
Delivering excellent customer service on every job.

No two days are the same, and you'll gain experience across a wide range of domestic and commercial work.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good practical skills and the ability to use hand tools.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Physically fit, as the role involves manual work and lifting.
Friendly and professional when dealing with customers.
Able to work well as part of a team and independently.
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
