£28,000 - £32,000 + OTE, uncapped

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves working with people, enjoys problem-solving, and wants a role where they can make a genuine impact. You'll work with clients, learn how successful business relationships are built, and gain exposure to commercial projects from day one.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have already gained some experience in a customer-facing role, this position offers the chance to develop valuable skills, take on real responsibility, and build a long-term career within a supportive and ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll help ensure clients get the very best experience, becoming a trusted contact and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Your day-to-day could include:

Building strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
Supporting client projects and ensuring key deadlines are met
Working closely with internal teams to coordinate deliverables
Identifying ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Attending client meetings and contributing ideas
Providing updates, reports, and communications to stakeholders
Learning how to manage accounts strategically and drive client retention
Helping uncover opportunities to grow and strengthen existing partnerships
