Full job description

About the Role

Completing laundry for service users.
Complying with any infection control requirements, which may require use of PPE
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the manager and maintenance assistant promptly.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests promptly and courteously.

Skills

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot cleanliness issues quickly.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and cooperation.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with service uses and team members.
A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Hours of work

You will be expected to work as part of a rolling rota along with other members of the housekeeping team in order to provide housekeeping cover 7 days per week.

There is some flexibility in regards to shift start and finish times, which will be discussed at interview.
