The Role

A position has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our Locum Support Team. The candidate will be required to deliver a high standard of work to clients at all times. Typical duties include:

· Covering for Fee Earners on Annual Leave or Providing Direct Support to Fee Earners

· Freehold/Leasehold properties

· Raising Enquiries

· Reviewing Replies to Enquiries, Client Reports, Management Pack Reports

· Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers

· Exchanges and completions

· Post completion requisitions

· Complying with rules and regulations

· Other reasonable duties in connection with the role.

A successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

To be able to manage their own caseload
Excellent customer service skills
Good telephone manner/communication
To be able to work as part of a team
