Senior Administrator | Hybrid | c £30K - £45K Neg / DOE

We are seeking an Administrator to join our award winning client at their office in London

The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of financial services .

You will be working closely with the IFA's / Financial Advisers and wider team to provide the best advice and service to a range of diverse clients.

Duties include:

Preparation of meeting packs and post meeting summary letters

Conducting fund switches and completing associated paperwork.

Create analytics charts for presentation and review

Completion of protection comparison reports, quotations, and processing applications, if required

Obtain and collate LOA information etc

Arrange pension reviews

Input of data to assist with cashflow modelling

Provide cover for PA when required

Other administration duties as required

In return you will receive a healthy salary plus bonus, flexible working (2 days on site at the London office), 37.5 hour week, in a supportive company with a healthy, friendly and supportive working culture
