About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to support the maintenance and upkeep of residential units within the Reading and Oxford areas.

The role will focus on general handyman duties, decoration, and making good works within occupied and unoccupied properties.

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone practical, dependable, and proud of delivering high-quality work.

A company vehicle and fuel card usage will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general handyman repairs and maintenance
Internal and external decoration
Making good following remedial or repair works
Minor carpentry, sealing, patch repairs and finishing
Preparing and refreshing unoccupied properties
Responding to maintenance call-outs when required
Ensuring properties are left clean and presentable

Basic Plumbing
General occupation compliance

Applicants Must have:

CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Clean DBS
Proven Multi-skilled maintenance experience and a can-do attitude
Ability to work professional in and around residential settings, meeting quality and compliance standards.

Desirable Experience

Property maintenance or residential repairs
Basic carpentry, plumbing, or patch plastering skills
Experience supporting construction or external works teams
