FRA Carpenter and Multi-Trade Operative (Fire Safety)
Up to £43,441 per annum DOE
37 hours per week - Permanent
Join our Fire Solutions team and play a vital role in keeping homes and buildings safe. This is more than just a trade role; it’s about protecting people through high-quality fire safety and property maintenance work.
We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative with a strong carpentry background to carry out a wide range of fire safety and general building works across domestic and commercial properties.
You’ll focus on fire door maintenance, installation and passive fire protection, alongside broader refurbishment and repairs. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oxford OX4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Domestic Carpentry experience including fire doors: 3 years (required)
- maintaining and installing fire door sets : 3 years (required)
- carrying building works in residential properties: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- City & Guilds in carpentry or significant experience (required)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
