Full job description

Vicars Game Ltd. are looking for an enthusiastic person to work as a Night Wholesale Butcher to support the Production Director in the production of wholesale stock items, including fulfilling orders, maintaining a safe and compliant environment and batch coding of products. This role is on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role will include but not limited to:

Order Fulfilment. Role model customer service that creates a personalised service for all our customers and grows sales.
Ensure all team members are utilising their time efficiently.
Share expertise of poultry butchery
Role model a passion for our products and customer service.
Model the Vicars Values.
Support the production of wholesale stock items.
Careful adherence to the customer specifications.
Ensure Batch coding and rotation is completed.
Uphold cleanliness and food safety and compliance routines.
Maintain product stock levels.
Ensure health and safety processes are being properly adhered to.

The key requirements for this role are but not limited to:

Customer focussed.
Maintaining focus on order completion for day and night teams with comprehensive handovers.
Efficient time management.
Product knowledge.
Task management.
Individual behaviours and values.
Product knowledge.
Availability of stock inc. seasonal.
Health & safety training and food safety procedures.
Food safety L2. (essential)
Strong butchery skills (essential)
