Vicars Game Ltd. are looking for an enthusiastic person to work as a Night Wholesale Butcher to support the Production Director in the production of wholesale stock items, including fulfilling orders, maintaining a safe and compliant environment and batch coding of products. This role is on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Order Fulfilment. Role model customer service that creates a personalised service for all our customers and grows sales.
- Ensure all team members are utilising their time efficiently.
- Share expertise of poultry butchery
- Role model a passion for our products and customer service.
- Model the Vicars Values.
- Support the production of wholesale stock items.
- Careful adherence to the customer specifications.
- Ensure Batch coding and rotation is completed.
- Uphold cleanliness and food safety and compliance routines.
- Maintain product stock levels.
- Ensure health and safety processes are being properly adhered to.
