Job Summary

As the Head Bartender, you will lead our bar team with energy and expertise, creating an inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy expertly crafted beverages. You will oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences, maintain a smooth workflow, and uphold our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Duties

Supervise and motivate the bar staff to deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Ensure all drinks are made according to recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent shortages or waste
Train new team members on beverage preparation, serving techniques, and customer service expectations
Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly with a positive attitude to enhance their experience
Collaborate with management to develop promotional ideas and improve overall bar operations

Experience

Proven experience as a bartender or head bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, and food safety standards
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Ability to lead a team with energy, enthusiasm, and clear communication
Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and recipe measurements
Prior experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred
Demonstrated hospitality skills with a focus on creating welcoming guest interactions
