Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate GP Care Navigator / Receptionist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing friendly, efficient reception services while supporting patients in navigating their healthcare journey. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth clinic operations, foster positive patient experiences, and uphold the high standards of our healthcare environment. Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing information or directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized patient records and manage administrative documentation securely
Assist patients with check-in procedures and gather necessary information for their visits
Support clinicians by preparing examination rooms and ensuring medical supplies are stocked
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence to keep clinic operations seamless

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems is preferred
