Duties

Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to gather necessary information and facilitate timely approvals
Verify financial details using basic math skills to assess applicant eligibility and affordability
Maintain organized records of all mortgage files, correspondence, and transaction logs
Assist in preparing loan documents, disclosures, and approval packages for review and signing
Monitor application progress, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Support compliance with regulatory requirements by reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

Experience or familiarity with financial services or mortgage processes is preferred but not required
Strong proficiency in basic math for calculating figures such as income ratios and loan amounts
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members
