Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team, dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring a positive and rejuvenating experience. Your expertise will help clients reduce stress, alleviate pain, and improve their physical health in a welcoming and professional environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through the art of massage therapy.

Duties

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific health concerns and massage preferences
Develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs and health conditions
Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy, and reflexology
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment following all sanitation standards and protocols
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate self-care practices for ongoing wellness
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress for future reference
Promote wellness services and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits

Experience

Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist from an accredited program
Proven experience delivering professional massage therapy in a clinical or spa setting
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment options
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in all interactions
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene standards and safety protocols
