Summary

We are seeking a passionate Line Chef to join our team in GB. This role involves preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment at our café in GB, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service while supporting local communities.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Assist in kitchen organization and maintaining cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage meal preparation during peak hours efficiently.
Support the sourcing of ingredients from local suppliers when needed.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a café or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Passion for ethical sourcing and community involvement is a plus.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
Flexibility to adapt to different tasks as needed.
