We are seeking a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a small, welcoming primary school in Leytonstone, with excellent potential to progress into teacher training for the right candidate.

The role

The role will involve supporting individual students, including those with SEND, as well as leading small intervention groups to help raise attainment and build confidence. You will play an important part in ensuring all pupils are fully included and supported to reach their potential.

This opportunity is ideal for a graduate who is considering a future career in teaching, as the school is keen to support development and provide progression for the right candidate.

Requirements

Graduate level qualification
Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

Previous experience working with young people is preferable but not essential
