Full job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our fast-paced team, supporting commercial customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in a professional office environment, who enjoys building strong working relationships and in delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you'll play a key role in coordinating customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery. Working closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams, you'll help ensure orders are processed efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Handling import-related administration and maintaining accurate documentation.
Uploading and maintaining information on customer portals.
Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and enjoys working in a busy environment. You'll also have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Previous office or administrative experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
