We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our fast-paced team, supporting commercial customers. The Role
As a Logistics Administrator, you'll play a key role in coordinating customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery. Working closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams, you'll help ensure orders are processed efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Handling import-related administration and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Uploading and maintaining information on customer portals.
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
