Full job description

Hey!

We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to join our team, creating engaging short-form content for a range of exciting clients in the hospitality/retail space.

If you're the person who is always spotting the latest TikTok trends, knows how to make a video hook people within the first three seconds, and can turn simple iPhone footage into high-performing content, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Filming short-form social media content on iPhone for a variety of clients.
Editing engaging videos using CapCut (or similar editing software).
Creating TikTok and Instagram Reels style content.
Attending on-site content shoots in Salisbury, with occasional travel to London.
Working closely with our team to bring content ideas and campaigns to life.
Keeping up to date with social media trends, sounds and editing styles.

What we're looking for

Experience filming and editing short-form social media content.
Strong editing skills in CapCut (or similar software).
A good eye for composition, lighting and storytelling.
Someone who understands what performs well on TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
Comfortable filming with an iPhone and creating content in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organised and confident working independently during shoots.
Available to travel to shoots in Salisbury, with occasional London shoots.

Bonus points if you have

Experience creating content for businesses or brands.
A portfolio of social media work you can share.
Knowledge of current TikTok trends and viral content formats.
