Full job description

About the Role

As Business Development Executive, you'll drive new business growth across Spectrum's intelligent security portfolio. Working with Facilities Managers, IT leaders, operations teams and senior decision makers, you'll introduce integrated security solutions that protect people, property and assets through smart technology.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has experience selling technology or security solutions
Enjoys engaging with customers on-site
Takes a consultative approach to solving security challenges.

What You'll Do

· Develop new business opportunities

· Build relationships with Facilities, Operations and IT decision makers

· Carry out customer discovery meetings and site visits

· Develop solution proposals with technical specialists

· Sell integrated security solutions

· Manage the full sales cycle

· Maintain CRM and forecasts

· Achieve revenue targets

· Represent Spectrum at exhibitions and events

Essential

· Proven B2B field sales experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong commercial awareness

· Consultative sales approach

· Commercially sharp, resilient and highly self-motivated

· Full UK driving licence

Nice to Have

· Experience in CCTV & Video Surveillance Sales, Access Control and Visitor Management

· Knowledge of Verkada or similar platforms
