Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across various premises, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients and staff alike. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Ensure all rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as required
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Organise cleaning schedules to optimise efficiency and coverage
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet specific cleaning requirements
Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and property

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, domestic cleaning, or management is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and basic IT applications
Customer service experience is desirable to ensure positive interactions with clients
Leadership qualities are beneficial for supervisory or team-leading responsibilities in the future
