Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as required
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Organise cleaning schedules to optimise efficiency and coverage
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet specific cleaning requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and property
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, domestic cleaning, or management is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and basic IT applications
- Customer service experience is desirable to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Leadership qualities are beneficial for supervisory or team-leading responsibilities in the future
