Maintenance Craftsperson - Fabric

Location: Barnet General Hospital, London
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Salary: up to £37,370 dependant upon skills and experience

Role Summary

Join Equans as a Maintenance Craftsperson – Fabric to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric at Barnet General Hospital, ensuring safe, efficient operations aligned with the PPM schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and reactive maintenance using trade skills.
Maintain qualifications and up-to-date knowledge.
Report hazards promptly and manage materials/orders.
Supervise contractors and operatives.
Complete all job-related documentation accurately.
Participate in an emergency on-call rota.
Follow Company policies on Health & Safety, Quality, and Customer Care.

Candidate Profile

Qualified craftsperson with relevant trade experience.
Strong technical and supervisory skills.
