Due to our fast growth and the significant extension of our product portfolio, we are looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to the team. With strong administration and communication skills you will support the daily tasks of our office team and Managing Director.

Office Administrator responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support as and where required to the management, office, warehouse and sales team.
Using all management systems to their full potential and ensuring records are always kept up to date. Full training will be provided
Liaising with local suppliers, partners and alike to keep the office running like clockwork.
Internal projects to improve costs, processes and ways of working
Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for progress and question how things work and offer ideas for improvement.
Maintain a naturally positive, can-do attitude towards solving business issues and tackling challenges.
Developing great relationships with people.
Creating factory and internal specification sheets for new products.
Complete new product forms for UK Sales customers
Any other duties deemed necessary by the company for the successful completion of the role or benefit for the company.

Skills & Experience:

Currently working in an Office Administration role a benefit, including understanding of business management systems.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Exhibit excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
To be able to speak up confidently and propose new ideas.
Ability to confidently work with internal and external contacts at all levels
Proactive problem solver.
Flexible, adaptable and able to embrace change for the good of the business
Able to work with limited supervision at times.

Direct report to - Logistics & Office Manager

Full time - permanent

Hybrid working available – to be agreed

Hours of work - Mon-Fri 8am to 4.00pm. 30 mins lunch

Salary - £26,000 pa

Potential to earn a performance related annual bonus.

23 days holiday, rising to 25 days, plus Bank Holidays
