What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience and role, but could include:

Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal pub dishes and handcrafted pizzas to the highest standards

Working across different sections of the kitchen, developing your skills and knowledge

Supporting smooth, organised services by working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

Preparing fresh ingredients with care and maintaining consistency throughout every service

Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation

Assisting with stock rotation, food preparation and reducing waste

Supporting, coaching and encouraging junior chefs where appropriate

Bringing a positive attitude, strong teamwork and pride to every shift
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who love cooking, enjoy being part of a team and take pride in producing consistently great food.
Whether you're applying as a Commis Chef, Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef or Pizza Chef, you'll ideally have:

Experience in a professional kitchen appropriate to your level

A genuine passion for quality food and fresh ingredients

Pizza-making experience for Pizza Chef roles, although chefs with broader kitchen experience are equally encouraged to apply

A calm, organised approach and the ability to work well under pressure

Strong attention to detail and pride in every dish you prepare

A positive attitude, excellent work ethic and willingness to support your team

A desire to keep learning, developing and progressing your career
