Full job description

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION.

We are based in Strood, Medway, ME22LT

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

We are looking for a qualified Conveyancer / Solicitor / Property Lawyer, with legal experience in residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing, to join our team.
The position requires a CLC qualified Licensed Conveyancer or SRA Qualified Solicitor.

This is a fee earning position.

The successful candidate will be provided with an experienced assistant.

As a team, you will be responsible for a consistent caseload of residential sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.

There is no obligation to market or expectation to bring in new work.

We are a growing, independent practice based in Strood.
Starting salary £36-46k depending on experience.
25+ days holiday

Free parking and minimal traffic as we are based in a quiet area. (ME22LT)

Great reputation locally, dealing mainly with small, local agents giving very little pressure.

Up to date computer & office equipment and user-friendly case management system.

Full support from senior Conveyancers as well as support staff.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Pay: £36,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
