Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and mature Massage and Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension, and be confident and capable of offering all Beauty treatments, especially Gel nails.

Duties

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, Hot stone, Indian Head massage, tailored to individual client requirements.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and hygienic.
Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
Perform Beauty treatments to a high standard.

Qualifications

Valid certification in massage and Beauty therapy from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is essential.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
