Fencing Operative – YGS Landscapes
YGS Landscapes is a leading commercial landscaping contractor based in Plymouth, trusted by housing developers, principal contractors, councils, and commercial estate managers across Devon and Cornwall.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Fencing Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with commercial and/or domestic fencing experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled and reliable individual with practical fencing experience
- Experience working within commercial landscaping environments, including housing developments
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- CSCS card (essential)
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow site drawings and instructions
- A positive team player who works well with others on site
- Willingness to support and learn alongside apprentices and colleagues

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm, with overtime available.
