MacRail are seeking reliable and motivated Control Room Operators to join their team on a 0-hour contract basis, providing holiday and absence cover within their busy Control Room department.

MacRail is a provider of workforce management, site access control, and safety technology for the rail, infrastructure, and construction sectors. It helps companies manage who can access worksites, improve safety compliance, and digitise many of the administrative processes involved in major infrastructure projects. MacRail are also a part of the Munnelly Group who is a leading provider of construction and infrastructure services in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the safe and efficient operation of MacRail's services
Monitoring systems
Responding to incidents
Logging site activity
Coordinate communications with field teams

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants flexible shifts, additional hours, or supplementary income without the commitment of a fixed schedule.

Person Specification:

Reliable, calm, and alert under pressure
Strong communication and attention to detail
Basic IT and system navigation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous control room, security, or monitoring experience is beneficial but not essential

Pay: £12.71 per hour
