Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations within our establishment, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This job dose included being a party host and being a mascot within the centre . This is a weekend post and all candidate's need to be available both for Saturday and Sundays.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean a safe environment .
Provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverages to patrons.
Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure timely meal service.
Engage in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Keep all seating areas clean and organised at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous front of house experience is desirable but not essential .
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the centre .
