What Will You Be Doing?
Responsibilities of the role include;
-
Overseeing the team of Technicians; organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks.

Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work.
-
Liaising with customers
-
Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
-
Ensuring set deadlines are met.
-
Effectively communicating with other dealership departments
-
Complying with company and Brand standards
-
Being accurate and precise with all administration.
-
To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00

Have previous Aftersales experience
