We craft digital narratives, social campaigns, and web experiences that truly resonate with our communities. We are looking for a Digital Communications & Content Specialist who can take full ownership of our brand voice. You aren't just writing copy; you are defining our digital outreach strategy. You will serve as the engine of our communications team, bridging the gap between complex organizational initiatives and engaging, accessible digital content. You are the voice of our audience in a room full of project leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Ownership: Write, edit, and curate compelling copy across blogs, email newsletters, and press releases while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Multichannel Management: Lead the planning and execution of dynamic social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build community trust and interaction.
SEO & Digital Reach: Optimize all written copy and landing pages using current search best practices to ensure our mission ranks high and reaches the right audience.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine messaging, and deliver actionable strategy updates.
Stakeholder Alignment: Present campaign ideas and communications strategies to internal leadership and community partners, explaining the why behind your creative choices.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in digital communications, content marketing, or copywriting, ideally with exposure to community-focused or mission-driven projects.
Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing engaging copywriting, social campaigns, and content strategies. We want to see how your messaging solved a problem and drove engagement.
Tooling: Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress), email platforms, social media management tools, and basic design/analytics software.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in English with exceptional written, editing, and verbal communication skills tailored for varied audiences.
Mindset: You are pragmatic and proactive. You know how to balance long-term brand strategy with the daily demands of a fast-moving digital calendar.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
