Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Wedding Manager / Duty Manager.

About the Role:

This dual-role position offers the perfect balance for someone who thrives in both event coordination and hospitality operations. You will be the key point of contact for weddings and private events, while also managing front-of-house operations during general service and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Wedding Manager Duties:

Ensure every wedding runs seamlessly, delivering an exceptional experience for couples and guests
Oversee setup and breakdown of wedding events
Working in sales for venue show arounds for future couples

Duty Manager Duties:

Lead bar and floor staff during service, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations
Open and close the venue, handling cashing up and end-of-day reporting
Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and bar compliance
Handle any guest issues with professionalism and efficiency

About You:

Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality management, or bar supervision is a must
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
Confident managing teams and making decisions independently
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and key event dates
Ability to drive. Our venue is located approximately 45 minutes from Newcastle city centre.
