We are now looking for a highly organised and customer-centric person to join our team.

The financial package includes a company bonus scheme (GBS), which will be explained in more detail.

Requirements:

Accurately manage customer orders and queries
Handling calls, live chat and email communication efficiently
General administration duties as required
Positive 'can do' mindset
Good communication skills
Accurate data entry skills
IT literate
Honest and reliable

The ideal candidate will also have the follow qualities:

Good telephone manner
Experience in managing customer service environments
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task
Meticulous attention to detail

Hours: 08:00-17:00

Future Progression Opportunities:
If successful in the above role, a progression plan opportunity will include the role of Sales Account Manager to manage the team and extra responsibilities. This will come with an enhanced package. This will require:

Independent and self-motivated and driven by the desire to achieve goals
Outstanding communication skills with a friendly professional approach
A brand ambassador for the Company

Holiday:

20 days holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service/Account Management: 2 year required, 5 years (preferred)

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
