Full job description

(Drivers license essential)

2 days per week

Shift pattern (repeats every 2 weeks)

Week 1 - Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 7pm

Week 2 - Wednesday and Saturday 9am to 7pm

Must be flexible to cover annual leave

Job Overview

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our vibrant holiday park team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment they arrive. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world. If you enjoy hospitality, multitasking, and making guests’ stays enjoyable, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using our booking system.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring all materials are organized and up-to-date.
Support guest services by addressing concerns promptly and escalating issues when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel reception is highly desirable.
Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate clearly and professionally over calls.
Knowledge of holiday park operations enhances your ability to excel in this role.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
