Full job description

PERMANENT LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR – NORTHAMPTON (Hybrid) - NORTHAMPTON – £25,750

On a daily basis you are likely to be involved in

· Process new client and new matter opening requests in accordance with procedures.

· Complete Anti Money Laundering queries in accordance to firm policies and procedures.

· Identify and escalate potential issues.

· Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

· Save onboarding, compliance and verification documents using agreed procedures.

· Ensure client and matter information is recorded accurately across all systems.

· Complete and maintain Compliance Notes and associated records.

· Inbox management procedures and service standards.

What we need from you

· Previous experience in an administration role

· Awareness of a similar role or industry

· Office hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm, hybrid available
