The Role
We're looking for an MEP Revit Technician/Co-ordinator to join our Revit team and help strengthen our capabilities. You’ll work closely with the BIM Manager and play a key part in delivering projects. I’m open to applicants with current or past experience, as long as you can show solid Revit skills, good service co-ordination knowledge, and a genuine drive to produce quality work.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain Revit models for building services projects.
- Work with engineers, architects and contractors to ensure accurate model integration.
- Produce technical drawings, schedules and documentation.
- Apply BIM standards and follow project requirements.
- Coordinate and resolve design clashes.
- Carry out model quality checks.
- Support project teams with Revit workflows and tools.
- Help maintain Revit libraries, standards and templates.
- Join design reviews and co-ordination meetings.
Requirements
- Strong Revit skills (Navisworks/AutoCAD experience is a plus).
- MEP experience.
- Able to model MEP services directly from schematics and manufacturers’ details.
- Understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator and team player.
- Comfortable dealing with engineers and external parties.
Desirable
- Experience with clash detection and co-ordination tools.
- RIBA Stage 5 working-drawing experience.
- Understanding of sustainable design or energy modelling.
- Previous building services/MEP project experience.
- COBie and asset tagging knowledge.
Salary
Based on experience and ability, and open to discussion for the right person.
Working Hours
Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30, fully office-based. We work closely as a team, so being on-site helps us collaborate faster, solve problems together and keep projects moving smoothly.
