Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide stakeholders with accurate, timely business insights.

Data Analysis: Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.

Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools that clearly communicate trends and business performance.

Data Quality: Monitor data integrity, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements to ensure reliable reporting across the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with technical and non-technical teams to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and deliver practical analytical solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve efficiency, and introduce new analytical techniques that support business growth.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. Experience with Python, Tableau, or other analytics tools is considered an advantage.

Analytical Thinking: You enjoy solving complex business problems, interpreting data, and turning findings into practical recommendations.

Communication Skills: You can confidently explain analytical findings to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge and present insights in a clear, understandable way.

Attention to Detail: You take pride in producing accurate, reliable reports and maintaining high standards of data quality.

Mindset: You're naturally curious, proactive, and continuously looking for ways to improve processes, uncover new insights, and help the business make smarter decisions.

Pay: £36,420.00-£39,443.00 per year
