Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Property Sourcer / Property Canvasser to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential property owners, building relationships, and generating leads for property acquisition opportunities. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive our outreach efforts, helping us expand our property portfolio and serve clients more effectively. With excellent training, mentorship from industry experts, and uncapped earning potential of up to £80,000 OTE, this role offers a strong foundation for long-term career success.

Duties

Conduct targeted canvassing campaigns to identify property owners interested in selling or leasing their properties
Engage with property owners through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and community outreach using telemarketing techniques
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, update contact information, and manage follow-up activities
Communicate clearly and persuasively in both English to build rapport with diverse property owners
Qualify potential leads by assessing property details, owner motivation, and market conditions
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings, appointments, and follow-up meetings
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, conversations, and lead statuses within CRM systems

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or canvassing roles preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
Strong interest in Real Estate / Property
Past experience in this niche will be strongly favoured
Excellent communication skills in English is highly desirable to connect with a broader community
Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools to manage contacts effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in face-to-face outreach efforts
Ability to adapt messaging based on different audiences and situations
