Overview

Join our vibrant wellness café team as a Wellness Cafe Assistant Manager, where your passion for healthy living and exceptional service will inspire our community. Responsibilities

Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage practices

Ensure the café environment remains welcoming, clean, and organized at all times

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
Strong culinary background with skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hotel food service is highly desirable
Knowledge of hospitality standards including serving techniques and customer engagement
Ability to lead by example with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a focus on teamwork
Barista experience is a plus for preparing specialty beverages with precision
Familiarity with health regulations related to food safety and sanitation practices
