Overview

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Eyelash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application. This role offers an opportunity to work in a friendly, client-focused environment where excellent customer service and precision are valued. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills within the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Keep detailed records of treatments performed and products used
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally
Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends
Promote additional beauty services offered by the salon to enhance client satisfaction

Skills

Minimum 2 years proven experience or training in individual eyelash extensions application.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare advice
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential
Attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precise application
Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments efficiently
Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanour
