Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Bar Supervisor and lead the vibrant atmosphere of our bar area! Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive work environment
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste
Train new team members on service protocols, safety procedures, and product knowledge
Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards

Qualifications

Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
