Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Level 3 or above Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments and personalized skincare solutions that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. Your expertise in makeup application, combined with outstanding customer service and communication skills, will ensure every client experiences a memorable and satisfying visit.

This employed position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, grow professionally, and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through expert care and attention.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including massage, facials, waxing, gel nails & skincare with precision and care.
Provide personalised advice to clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and beauty techniques to meet their individual needs.
Ensure all treatments are carried out in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
Engage actively with clients to understand their beauty goals, offering professional guidance and building lasting relationships.
Stay current with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver fresh and innovative services.
Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products that complement treatments and enhance client results.
Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and product usage for seamless service continuity.

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
You must be experienced in Massage, Waxing & Nails
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and understand their individual needs.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new beauty techniques, products, and industry standards.
